Growing Together Class

 

Now enrolling for Spring 2026

Thursday Growing Together Class for parents/caregivers with ages birth - 6 years is open to the community and to our enrolled Pre-Kinder and Kinder families.

Bring your child and find out more about Apple Blossom’s approach to an unhurried childhood, preserving awe and wonder, the importance of play and movement, mindful parenting, and outdoor learning. We provide a supportive and welcoming environment for both children and caregivers. We encourage freedom of movement and self-initiated play for the children while enjoying time with other families in our outdoor play space and yurt.

  • Class is held 9:30 - 11:30 am with a wholesome snack provided. Class is led by our experienced Pre-Kinder Teacher with an activity of the day, circle and songs, and a puppet story. Bring a water bottle or sippy cup for your child and you are welcome to bring your favorite tea or coffee for yourself. A handout with a parenting topic of the day is available at each class.

  • Director Dacia Dauner joins the class monthly to provide a parent craft and parent discussion time related to child growth and development, such as creating a rhythm, child guidance, building a strong foundation through movement and play, simplifying, healthy screen and sleep habits, and preserving the magic of childhood.

  • Spring Session Feb 5 - May 21 (no class March 12 Spring Break and April 30) REGISTER FOR SPRING

    DROP IN RATE IS $20/class/family or pay for the whole semester of classes for $15/class. (Enrolled Pre-Kinder and Kinder families may attend for no extra charge)
